Redefined Management Proposal

Management $500/ month 

  • Scope includes

    • 1 hour phone call/ zoom per month/ text messaging

      • Strategy for current bookings

      • Strategy for future bookings

      • Travel logistics/ preferences

    • Handling all aspects of booking adding KCA info to contact page on website 

    • 20% commission on gigs subsantionally negotiated by KCA. 

    • PR support and development

    • Booking new leads

    • Pursuing KCA network leads

Consulting

Session Package

  • Consulting availability: Session packages to be used within one calendar year 

  • Includes non management support 

  • Marketing, App launch, business aspects, projects, team management, etc 

    • 5 Sessions = $1,125

      • $225/per hr

    • 10 Sessions = $2k

      • $200/per hr

    • To be paid in up to three installments
