Hi Kris,

Apologies on my delay with this proposal! We’ve been talking as a team and we came up with the proposal below to support the album release as well as growing the KJ brand. The intention is to also bring Anais, Mark, and Jen into the conversation so we can all collaborate together on what’s best for you. The scope below is a good starting place to build the foundation for email marketing and nurturing your audience.

Curate email list to continue to generate leads and conversion ( Album sales)

Nurture email sequences and raise awareness among target audience

 

Project Scope

  • 2-3 hr-Strategy meeting combining all aspects of KJ marketing.

  • 2 sequences

  • 6-10 different emails, at least 3 emails per sequence.

  • 4 newsletter templates


WHAT’S INCLUDED:

We believe email marketing has the ability to foster relationships and continue to elevate your brand while maintaining your audience engaged and involved. While social media is a great tool, email marketing allows you to provide targeted value to those hoping to connect and support your endeavors. In our email marketing process, we combine the use of your social media and your website to curate a list. With this curated list we created target sequences that will allow you to stay connected and create touch points with your audience

In summary:

  • We begin by having a 2-3 hour meeting to create a marketing strategy that combines all aspects of your brand.

  • We build out 2 sequences that are tailored to your audience.

    • Welcome sequence and Album sequence.

  • Within each sequence we create 3-5 emails that are driven by different workflows. Set up for optimal conversion.

  • Lastly, we create 4 newsletter templates that will go out to your entire list in support of the pre launch, launch, and post album launch.
